Most noticeable are our Front of House Staff who will ensure that you receive the prompt but unobtrusive  service you should expect as standard.  In the kitchen our Chefs and Cooks produce food for all occasions, be it your full Scottish breakfast to help you start the day or a perfectly cooked steak for dinner.  Our House Services team ensure that cleanliness and tidiness is paramount all around the Hotel and ensure that your room is just as you would expect form your day of arrival through to your departure.

Our hard-working professional and dedicated team includes award-winning chefs, house-keepers and bar and food service staff. During your stay you may also notice members of our family lending a hand in the hotel too!
