Scotland has a worldwide reputation for its homegrown produce which means the Scottish hospitality industry can offer visitors some of the freshest and best tasting dishes around.
As you would expect our menus are regularly reviewed to ensure that we keep up with current trends and seasonal availability - but of course we will always keep our house favourites and work hard to ensure that every menu is full of dishes designed to offer something to suit every palate.
Our Kitchen Team work hard to put together a variety of dishes to suit as many tastes and dietary requirements as possible. We always ensure that our menus contain a good selection of vegetarian dishes as well as providing dishes suitable for guests who require a gluten free option - either 'as they come' or with a little adjustment without detracting from the enjoyment of the dish. We hope that by structuring our menus in this way we don't leave anyone going hungry!
Due to seasonal changes and produce availability we may have to change our available dishes at short notice which means the menus shown here may not always be the exact same menu available in the Hotel. If you wish we will always be pleased to forward you a copy of our current menu on request.
